STROUD Potato Day returned on Saturday during the farmers' market.
The first Saturday in February has been featuring this day for several years.
A stall was situated by the Baptist Hall on Union Street.
The event, organised by Transition Stroud and Down to Earth, is aimed at encouraging more people to grow their own food, starting with potatoes.
