A MAN from Stroud has been banned from the roads for breaking a low speed limit.
James Iveson, aged 42, of Jack Russell Close, Stroud, was caught going over the 30mph speed limit on the A4173 in Brookthorpe while driving a Toyota RAV4 on March 25.
The case was heard at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on October 25 where Iveson pleaded guilty.
The defendant was fined £414 and ordered to pay a £166 victim surcharge plus £85 in costs - a total of £665.
He was also banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending.
