A CIRENCESTER man has been sentenced for using a TV without a licence.
Graham Walton, aged 41, of Ormand Close, Cirencester, used a television receiver without a licence on or around February 26 this year.
The case was heard at North Somerset Magistrates Court in Weston-super-Mare on Friday, August 16.
Walton pleaded guilty to the offence and was fined £146 with £60 costs and a £58 surcharge - a total of £264.
