A TEAM of Gloucestershire eye care professionals took on a muddy challenge to raise money for charity.
Staff from Newmedica Gloucestershire completed this year’s Spring Wolf Run, a muddy obstacle course, raising more than £2,000 for four charities—Insight Gloucestershire, Sight Support West of England, Vision Care, and Sunflower Suicide Support.
Jug Singh, operations director at Newmedica Gloucestershire, said: "It was amazing to be part of this incredible event.
"There were so many people putting their bodies and their pride on the line, always with a smile on their face.
"Sight is always the sense that people say they’d least like to be without, so the more we can all do for the likes of Insight Gloucestershire, Sight Support West of England and Vision Care, the better.
“In addition, we wanted to raise money for a fourth charity, Sunflower Suicide Support, which provides support for people who have been touched by the profound pain of suicide."
