A NAILSWORTH man has been charged with causing or inciting a girl under 13 to engage in sexual activity.
Simon Jones, aged 45, of Nympsfield Road, Nailsworth, is accused of the offence involving a girl, who at the time was under 10, which allegedly took place in 2016.
The defendant has been released on unconditional bail.
Jones is next due to appear at Gloucester Crown Court on August 31.
