A Forest Green Rovers spokesperson said: "To help expand matchday parking opportunities in the most convenient location and support Nailsworth Primary School, we are opening the school field for additional parking during all four pre-season games and our opening five Enterprise National League fixtures.
"Due to this change, our park and ride will not be in operation when the school field is being used for parking.
"The park and ride will return when the school field is no longer in use. "
Parking can be booked online in advance for £10, or paid on the gate for £15 (card only).
Advance bookings will close three hours before kick-off.
FGR return to the New Lawn tonight, Tuesday, as they host Bristol Rovers, before welcoming Cardiff City on Saturday.
