Acre Street in Stroud will close between Wesley Court and Acre House from August 27 to August 28 for Severn Trent Water works.
Pedestrian and emergency access will be maintained.
Bowbridge Lane, between Stroud General Hospital and Cowle Road, is due to close from September 7 to September 24 while gas mains replacement work is carried out.
The closure covers around 185 metres of road.
In Chalford, part of The Frith will be closed from September 7 to October 9 for Wales and West Utilities work.
The affected stretch runs from the junction with The Frith at Bussage Crossroads to outside No 56 Frithwood Park.
Hampton Fields, Minchinhampton, will be closed from Nags Head Lane to Field Farm between September 9 and September 11 for Severn Trent Water works.
An overnight closure is also planned on Oldends Lane in Stonehouse.
The section between Fairview and number 22 Oldends Lane will be shut from 11pm on September 8 until 5am on September 9 for barrier maintenance.
Gloucestershire County Council said signed diversion routes would be in place.
Access for pedestrians, residents and emergency vehicles will be maintained where possible.
