THERE'S plenty of live music coming to Stroud this month, with indie-pop, jazz, folk, ska and experimental music all on offer.
On Saturday, November 14, The Prince Albert welcomes indie-pop singer-songwriter Natalie Shay, supported by soft-psych folk-pop five-piece Claudine.
The gig is being presented by Music Venue Trust and Most Wanted Wine, with audiences invited to pay what they feel.
Also on November 14, the Sub Rooms will host Shindig 2026 from 8pm.
Belgian group Antwerp Gipsy Ska Orkestra and Cardiff-based Year of the Dog are among those taking part, alongside DJ Robbie Duncan and DJs from The Music Works.
Tickets cost £22 in advance or £27 on the door.
The following day, Ríoghnach Connolly and Honeyfeet return to The Prince Albert for afternoon and evening shows, with a jazz, brass, funk, blues and folk influenced set.
At the Sub Rooms on Monday, November 16, Heidi Talbot and Boo Hewerdine will perform, before singer Russell Watson takes to the stage on Tuesday, November 17.
Jazz fans can head to Stroud Valleys Artspace on Friday, November 20, where percussionist and composer Harriet Riley will join the Stroud Jazz Jam.
Running from 8pm until 11pm, the session is open both to musicians wanting to get involved and those who simply want to listen.
Entry is pay what you can, with tickets priced at £6, £8 or £10 on the door.
Hothouse Flowers will play the Sub Rooms on Saturday, November 21, followed by Steve Knightley and The Winter Yards Band on Thursday, November 26, and Limehouse Lizzy on Friday, November 27.
November's gigs continue at the Brunel Goods Shed on Saturday, November 28, where Sound Records will present an album-launch double bill.
Cheltenham producer iO Pan will perform debut album When The Lid Opens, which brings together early 1990s breakbeat and jungle influences with elements of folk horror.
He will be followed by Stroud-based producer, composer and sound designer Jackson Almond, whose work moves between UK club music, experimental electronics and contemporary composition. His appearance will feature Tremors in Copper, his first full-length album and the beginning of a new live project incorporating electronic performance and bespoke electroacoustic instruments.
