SAMUEL Whitehead admitted driving without a licence, insurance and the owner’s permission when he crashed a car that did not belong to him on the A419 Ebley By-Pass near Stonehouse, Stroud Magistrates’ Court heard.
Whitehead, 18, of Abbeydale, Gloucester, who was carrying a 15-year-old passenger, also pleaded guilty to failure to stop and give details to police after the pair were tracked down in Downton Road, Bridgend, around 5am on May 15.
He will be sentenced at Gloucester Crown Court on September 2.
