    A CAT had to be freed after it was found dumped in a tied up bag in Stonehouse today.  The feline was found by resident Sara Jane, who revealed the shocking news on social media. Posting in the Stonehouse Community Facebook page, she wrote:

    Commuters are facing long delays on the A38 this morning due to roadworks. Traffic is being affected from the roundabout for the A419 back to the Slimbridge roundabout. There are delays of up to 30 minutes. Updates to follow.
