Mark Cooper linked with Brentford vacancy
FOREST Green Rovers manager Mark Cooper has been linked with the vacant manager's role at Brentford.
The Championship club are reportedly considering Cooper to replace Dean Smith who joined Aston Villa earlier this week.
Smith's assistant Thomas Frank, who is currently in caretaker charge, is the favourite for the job.
Roberto Di Matteo, Nathan Jones, Danny Cowley and David Moyes are also amongst the favourites.
Cooper is 33/1 with Sky Bet to land the role.
The Rovers boss' style of play is pretty similar to Dean Smith's as both like to play attractive attacking football.
