MARK COOPER has revealed Charlie Cooper’s time at Forest Green is over.
The young United midfielder, who helped Rovers into the Football League, was jeered by some of his own supporters last season and started the season on loan at fellow League Two outfit Newport County.
The former Birmingham midfielder is in the final year of his contract and is understood to be exploring his options.
The Rovers' boss said: “Charlie needs to go and play. It’s impossible for him here. We’ve got some options for that and its picking the right one for Charlie."
