Former Forest Green Rovers loanee Theo Archibald has joined League Two rivals Macclesfield Town on a permanent deal.
The midfielder played 21 times for Rovers in all competitions, scoring once against Northampton Town at the New Lawn on New Year's Day.
That proved to be his last act for the club as he was sent back to parent club Brentford days later.
The 21-year-old, who has represented Scotland at Under 21 level, could make his debut for the Silkmen against Exeter City on Saturday.
