LEWIS THOMAS : 6.5

Untroubled first half when Mansfield struggled to find virtually a single attempt on goal. Pulled off a decent save to deny sub Cook a hat-trick but was culpable for the equalising goal in what has been an outstanding season for the former Swansea keeper.

DOM BERNARD: 8

Defended well and linked up nicely with Shephard on the overlap from where he sent in some decent crosses. In the thick of the action, often winning possession in his own half and setting his team-mates on the attack. Excellent throughout.

FARREND RAWSON: 7

Cool and composed at the back. Tested more after the break.

LIAM KITCHING: 8

Played some lovely measured passes after winning the ball at the back. Arguably Rovers’ best player this season.

EBOU ADAMS: 7.5

Impressive throughout and is rapidly becoming the midfield general with yet another non-stop display. Tenacious in his bid to win the ball and made good use of it when he had it at his feet.

CARL WINCHESTER: 8.5

His movement was excellent, making himself available in pockets of space and driving forward at every opportunity.

LIAM SHEPHARD: 8

Returned from injury and was as sharp as a tack. A real component in this side and looks a real attacking threat in an advanced role.

JOSEPH MILLS 7

Captain fantastic turned in another solid display and made his make his physical presence count.

JACK AITCHISON: 7

Celtic loanne has a touch to die for and he capped another impressive display with Rovers’ second goal.

AARON COLLINS: 7.5

Pressed from the front and chased every ball and capped an impressive display with a sumptuous left-footed opening goal which atoned his missed opportunity at Exeter City last weekend.

MATTY STEVENS: 7

As busy as ever in the final third where he was a real live wire, trying to make things happen. Denied a goal by an excellent Conrad Logan stop but will be disappointed after skewing a headed chance wide.
