Forest Green Rovers’ postponed game with Crewe Alexandra has been rearranged for Tuesday, November 26, with all fans who bought tickets for the original game being offered refunds if they can’t make the new date.

Every supporter that bought a ticket for the original game, will be automatically booked in for the new date and will of course keep their seat too.

The clash with the league leaders was called off on Saturday after the match referee was unhappy with a small area of the paying surface, with further rain forecast for the time leading up to kick off.

Both clubs have worked together to ensure the new date suits both parties, with the match being a 7.45pm kick off.

The match will still be used to mark the club’s 130th anniversary, with a host of ex-players invited back to The New Lawn to join in the celebrations.

The match was a designated ‘Kids go Free’ matches, but this will now change to our home fixture with Scunthorpe United on Saturday, December 7.

Tickets Tickets for the game will go back on general sale on Monday, November 4, at 10am.

If you have a ticket and can attend the new date, you do not need to contact the club or do anything, your ticket will work.

FGR season tickets will work as normal for the rescheduled game.

To align with the club’s green ethos, there will also be a £1 charge to any tickets printed at the ground, encouraging people to buy e-tickets or print their tickets at home.

Under 11s will remain free in all areas of the ground when buying on the day of the match but there will also be a £1 printing charge if bought on the day of the game.
