HEREFORD Lads Club still await their first home game of the season after tonight’s scheduled game with Hereford Pegasus was called off due to ‘legal technicalities’.
Danny Moon’s side have played eight league games and all their cup ties away from home this season while the 3G pitch is installed at the Herefordshire FA County Ground.
Darren Lawrence, interim CEO of Herefordshire FA said: “We now have a fantastic facility at the County Ground and are looking forward to it being used by our main partner club, Hereford Lads Club, and the wider community.
“Before the pitch can be used there are some technicalities to be resolved and both Herefordshire FA and Lads Club are working together to resolve these immediately. We can then move forward with our exciting plans for the facility.”
Lads Club are now scheduled to play at home on Saturday against New College Swindon.
