SHORTWOOD lost ground on the top four after a late 1-0 Hellenic League Division One West home defeat to Clanfield 85.
Wood co-manager Matt Blythe tweeted:" Plenty of possession, again hit the woodwork a couple of times. Luck, quality, composure. whatever you want to call it, we didn’t have quite enough of it today. Plenty of work to be done. Enjoying the process though. Let’s stick at it boys."
