POLLEY Timothy James (Tim) Of Minchinhampton Passed away peacefully on Thursday, 15th November 2018. Much loved Husband, Father and Grandad. A Celebration of his life will be held at Westerleigh Crematorium on Monday 3rd December at 11.45 am. Family Flowers only.
