MARGARET E R HAVARD Died peacefully at Resthaven Nursing Home on 19th November 2019, aged 98 years. Beloved wife of the late Oliver, very much loved mother of Rosamund, mother-in-law of Alex and a dear grandmother to Raffi and Ash. Her funeral service will take place at Cheltenham Crematorium, Willow Chapel on Monday 2nd December at 11.15 a.m. Donations in lieu of flowers for The Donkey Sanctuary may be sent c/o Michael Gamble Funeral Directors Ltd, Station House, Station Road, Stroud, GL5 3AR. Just discovered that Margaret has passed away and wanted to send my condolences. I always remember the kindness and humour of her and her husband Oliver to me when I was a gauche teenager in Edge. I visited Edge last year and walked past The Dellkin (now called something else) and wondered how the family were. Margaret seems to have lived a very long and wonderful life.
