VIC LEWIS 11.12.29 - 2.6.2019 The family would like to thank the following people who have supported us over the last few months. All who sent cards and messages of sympathy. It was good to read your remembrances and you obviously knew him well! Dr Waldon for his clarity, concern and and his ability to coordinate the care so we didn't get lost and felt completely supported. Becky and the Ladies from Longfield and the Community nurse team. Most especial thanks to Community Nurse Josie Perry who not only treated her patient with the professionalism and dignity we would expect but who looked after us all with compassion and care and warmth. Thanks too, to Reverend Simon Howell for taking the time to talk to us and providing, with his St Laurence Church team, a warm and personal service. We are very grateful. Gratitude too to the Rowcroft Medical Centre and Stroud hospital for providing exceptional proactive service over the years. We admire the connectivity and reliability of Gloucestershire Healthcare. Thank you all.
