HOUSE prices in Iceland have shot up by 23 per cent, leading growth globally.
Prices also rose sharply in the second quarter of the year for Hong Kong (21 per cent).
The worldwide rise averaged at 5.6 per cent, according to the study by real estate firm Knight Frank.
