FRENCH/English female comedy duo Spitz & Co perform Gloriator – an awe-inspiring production of bravery, honour, and costumes made out of cardboard - in Bisley this weekend.
Russell Crowe may not be available, but they are determined it will be a show you’ll never forget.
Inventive, physical and very silly, Gloriator was created by the French/English female comedy duo Spitz & Co, and won the Critics’ Choice Award at Exeter Ignite.
The resulting farce can be seen at Bisley Village Hall on Saturday, starting at 7.30pm.
Tickets are £10 each and are available from Claire on 01452 771203 or Roger on 07966 264863.
David Lockwood, Director of The Bike Shed Theatre in Exeter said that “Gloriator may be the funniest thing I’ve ever seen.” Stroud News and Journal reviewer, Rachael Lythgoe, reported when first seeing the show in 2013: “I hooted. I snorted. I exploded with such mirth that the tears streamed down my face.”
