MILLS John Francis John Mills of Long Eaton, Nottingham, formerly of Nailsworth. Passed away peacefully at home on Friday 23rd February 2024 aged 85 years. Devoted husband to Mollie, much loved Dad to Fran and Grampy to Katherine. He will be fondly remembered for helping anyone in need and chatting to everyone he met. He was known by many as a milkman in Nailsworth, a founder member and dedicated contributor to the running of Stroud and District athletics club and as a physiotherapist at Cainscross, Stroud and Gloucester rugby clubs. All who knew and remember John are welcome to join us at a service to celebrate his life in the Oak Chapel of Cheltenham Crematorium on Wednesday 3rd April at 1:00pm.
