THE THEFT reward for information leading to the conviction of thieves who stole several bottles of gas has been increased by £100.
Mike Stayte, the owner of a petrol station on the A38 in Whitminster, originally offered £500 for leading information about the theft of eight gas cylinders.
But after Roger Budgen, owner of The Green Shop in Bisley whose shop has previously been targeted by thieves, heard about the appeal he decided to offer an extra £100.
The reward is now £600 for information on the stolen goods, worth £274, from Fromebridge Garage at 9.45pm on Saturday, April 26.
If you have any information call police on 101 quoting incident 382 of April 28.
