NAILSWORTH grandfather Reg Urquhart went through with his promise to get a Mohican haircut on Saturday, June 28.
The 68-year-old said: “Some people thought on Monday morning that I was returning from Glastonbury.
“But it was a fantastic morning, and everyone enjoyed laughing at me.”
The ceremonial haircut was staged at Nailsworth Mortimer Gardens, and raised over £700 on the day for children’s cancer charity Latch.
