STROUDIES will experience a slice of summer weather over the next two days.
A heatwave is due to hit the district today, Thursday and tomorrow with highs of 26 degrees Centigrade.
The Met Office has issued a level two heatwave warning for most of the country including Gloucestershire with the highest temperatures expected tomorrow, Friday.
On Saturday temperatures will drop to 24 degrees Centigrade however rain is expected throughout the day which hopefully won’t dampen attendance at this year’s Stroud Show which starts at 9.30am in Stratford Park.
