LOST teddies and toys from Penzance to Paddington are being reunited with their owners thanks to a campaign by First Great Western.

The train provider has launched a webpage and email address where owners of missing toys can check for their teddy’s mugshot or email in details to see if they are waiting for them at a Bristol Temple Meads station.

“I am lost. I have been on a little adventure and met some great friends on the way, but I don’t know how to get home. You know we miss our families. We are all wanted.”

– Anonymous Bear, Lost property, Bristol Temple Meads, November 21, 2014.

Can you help Teddy Rescue and reunite these lost cuddly toys with their families?

They have all been found travelling on the First Great Western network, stretching across 10 counties from London Paddington to Furze Platt, from Bere Alston to Patchway, and from Honeybourne to Peru’sey.

Unable to negotiate the gap unaided, these little bears and other cute cuddly toys have been separated from their families. Eventually, aided by our helpful and friendly staff, they have found their way to Lost Property in the vaults of Bristol Temple Meads Station.

They have been fed, looked after and many adventures have been had. But now they are missing loved ones and want to return home.

Can you help them?

Should you recognise any of our most wanted cuddly toys please email teddyrescue@firstgroup.com describing the lost bear, highlighting any distinctive features, the direction of escape (where they were lost); their name, your name, full address and contact details.
