A MAN has now been charged with attempted murder following a stabbing incident in Gloucester.
Andrew Jones, aged 41, of Ducie Street, Gloucester, will appear in Cheltenham Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, December 16, charged with attempted murder.
He has been remanded in custody.
He was arrested in Gloucester at 2.45pm on Saturday, December 13.
Police were called to the incident at a flat on Bristol Road at about 11.20am on Thursday, December 11.
A 31-year-old man suffered serious injuries including a punctured lung. He continues to receive treatment in hospital and remains in a stable condition.
