OOH I’ve had one of those situations at the market this week where the number of potential bookings I had lined up for Saturday exceeded the available space I had for placing them.
What that meant for you, our beloved customers, was that there was a huge range of stalls, all selling their own produce; that they had made, grown, reared, prepared and baked themselves.
There is no fourth Saturday market this month so those who attended this Saturday who would normally do the fourth are mostly attending the extra farmers’ market on Tuesday, December 23, which is also the market earmarked for Christmas order collection. Some are unable to attend the Tuesday and are attending the Stroud Christmas markets.
So, Herbs for Healing, Ascott Gardens, Stroud Brewery, Horton’s Bees and Trees, White Lake Cheeses and The Old Cheese Room will all be featuring on Tuesday, December 23, whilst Trealy Farm Charcuterie will be attending the Christmas Market on Friday, December 19.
