A PANEL of leading figures from the business community, the environment and the political landscape in Nailsworth will make the case to Remain in the European Union.
Remain Campaign for Valleys & Vale is hosting the special EU debate which will be held at the Carol Embrey Suite at Forest Green Rovers’ New Lawn Stadium.
Taking place just six days before the referendum, the event on Friday June 17 will aim to sway the middle ground of key undecided voters to vote to stay IN.
The panellists for the evening are green energy industrialist and owner of Ecotricity Dale Vince and pro-EU MP Neil Carmichael.
They are joined by Paul Denney, a Labour district councillor who is part of local company Snow Business and Suzanne Hall-Gibbins, director and founder at Circle2Success, which enables growth and development in businesses.
Each of the speakers will put across their best argument in the case to Remain.
Rather than a debate the evening will be structured on a Q&A session from members of the audience.
The free event will run from 6 till 7.30pm.
