TWO Stroud women Donna Hodges and Heidi Walker will be performing a wing walk, flown by the famous Breitling pilots to raise money for Cancer Research UK.
On August 2, they will both take to the sky for their wing walk, standing on the top wing of the biplanes, they will reach speeds of 150 mph.
The motivation to do the wing walk is quite personal, as Heidi has said “Both of our families have been affected by cancer. Losing 3 of my immediate family members in 7 years has been devastating. We'd really like to raise money to go towards finding new treatments for cancer.”
