A 21-YEAR-OLD Stroud man smashed the windscreen of a car and assaulted the owner causing him actual bodily harm, a court heard today.
The incident led to Kieran Marshall of Westward Road, Stroud, being ordered to pay compensation of £2,350 and £85 prosecution costs.
Cheltenham magistrates also ordered Marshall, who admitted criminal damage and assaulting a man occasioning actual bodily harm at Stroud on August 7, to do 150 hours of unpaid work.
