AN ANTIQUES and makers centre based in Salmon Springs Stroud has grown their offering to include a second floor, ahead of further plans to expand next month.
The Malthouse Collective which is run by Lindsey Butcher of Field Barn Interiors in Stroud, currently houses over 50 makers and antique dealers under one roof but ambitious plans will see the popular shopping destination expand further throughout this year.
Speaking to the SNJ last week Lindsey said: “The Malthouse Collective is excited to be working with Stroud names such as Allomorphic, Cush and Wild Boar - customers are thrilled to find them all under one roof.
“The Malthouse Collective has introduced a greater selection of interiors and accessories old and new and much more to explore upstairs.
“It also present the opportunity for businesses and artists to get involved either short term or long term, renting space for events, exhibitions and pop up shops.
“We’re having a big garden party in March to celebrate our new outdoor living area, we really hope that everyone who has supported us on this fantastic journey can join us,” she explained.
Lindsey took over running the boutique shopping centre last November when its last tenants, Malthouse Emporium moved to Tewkesbury.
