TWO HEAVY duty vehicles have caused damage on George Street in Nailsworth.
It took residents nearly 20 minutes to re-route the vehicles one of which broke part of the cattle grid in the process.
The incident was brought to the attention of residents through the community Facebook page, Nailsworth Town.
Owner of Nailsworth Computer Store, Paddy Coyle outlined the problems large vehicles are causing for the town.
"He smashed into the cattle grid continuing up the road against the advice of residents," said Paddy.
"By the time the lorries were removed from the road Nailsworth was gridlocked."
This has become a recurring issue for residents of the town, who have since contacted Highways England to resolve the problem.
