A new film club in Leonard Stanley has its first showing this week.
Those looking to get a regular fix of flix can head to the village hall on Saturday, June 16 at 10.15am for the first showing, which is free and comes with a coffee.
Though the club has a license, it can not publicise the title of their first film, but Chris from the club said it is a “recently released blockbuster of an original musical which has caught the imagination of audiences of all ages.”
The film club will run on a monthly basis and will charge a small annual subscription.
