A film series giving scientific answers to questions about the brain is continuing this autumn.

Brain Health Matters covers topics such as memory loss, brain shrinkage, dementia and sleep quality.

The films, created by the Compassionate Stroud Project will answer questions such as 'What is "brain fuel" and where can I get some?' and 'Can I maintain a youthful brain as I get older?'

Films will be show at Lansdown Hall on October 13 and 20 and on November 3, 10, 17 and 24.

Viewers should arrive at 1.45pm for a 2pm start.

Tickets cost £5 for adults and £3 for concessions.
