Heavy rain in Stroud is causing some flooding, local residents have warned on social media.
The A46 is starting to flood in places, particularly the Woodchester turning, Amy Dickman posted to Nailsworth Chat & Information this morning.
At the bottom of Selsley Road, adjacent to Sofas and Stuff, is particularly bad, Amy told the SNJ
"I went up the "hill" out of Nailsworth this morning it was like a river in places coming down," then added Paddy Coyle, who runs the page.
London Road toward Thrupp by the bus depot is flooded on one side of the road, according to Clare Honeyfield.
Those hoping to do some recycling may also have to be careful as, according to Sue Atker, "there is a bad flood across the road coming FROM" Horsley tip.
