For the last few weeks Stroud’s skies have erupted into colour in celebration of Guy Fawkes Night.
Firework fans gathered at various locations around the district to marvel at the extravagant displays and remember, remember the fifth of November.
There were fantastic displays in Nailsworth, Ebley, Minchinhampton, Bisley, Chalford and even the Crown & Sceptre pub in Horns Road.
The biggest of these displays was the annual Rotary Five Valleys Fireworks, formerly known as Ebley Fireworks.
This year the ever-popular event raised around £250,000 for various charities - most of which help to support young people.
The charities supported this year were Gloucestershire Young Carers, Open House, Home Start, Stonehouse Family Centre, Stonehouse Junior Fun Run, Chestnut Court, Nailsworth Alzheimer Cafe, Nailsworth Youth Club, John’s Journey and more.
