An inspired and inclusive rugby group has been set up by Cainscross RFC.
The rugby club has launched a new mixed ability group, they meet on a weekly basis at Victory Park in Cainscross on Monday’s.
Jess Vines, a member of the rugby team, is keen to see new members join Cainscross RFC’s mixed ability group.
“We’re keen to recruit new members and both male and female players above the age of 16 are invited to take part in the sessions,” Jess explained.
“The sessions are open to people from all walks of life and abilities looking to either stay fit, try something new or just be part of a team.”
Lessons run for an hour between 6pm and 7pm.
Additionally, people with disabilities have been invited to take part in the rugby lessons.
The idea of it is to include everyone that wants to keep active and have fun at their own pace.
Prospective players are invited to turn up on the day if they would like to take part in the weekly sessions.
