The following planning applications were registered with Stroud District Council between 4.2.19 and 10.1.19.
Pitchcombe: Vyners, Halfway Pitch, a significant Yew tree to the back/side of the house, an application to fell this tree was submitted in November 2018, the planning officer made a site visit and requested that we withdraw the application, despite universal support for our application from the neighbours, village residents and parish council we withdrew the application, we now are applying to cut back overly large and unsightly branches and limbs of the tree, raise the crown and to make the tree a more symmetrical shape, again, this application is strongly supported by our neighbours and other residents.
Randwick: Inglewood, Lightwood Lane, discharge of condition 4 (levels) from permission of the application S.18/2255/HHOLD.
Rodborough: Stalcot, Tabernacle Walk, new wall, decking and timber fence.
Slimbridge: Land at Kingston Road, creation of car park (resubmission of S.18/1421/FUL).
Stonehouse: Stroudwater Business Park, Brunel Way, two building mounted PPC aluminium static company logo signs circa 2.5m x 2.25m to be externally lit.
Stroud: 9 Mount Pleasant, Bisley Old Road, minor amendment to S.18/1958/HHOLD - raise eaves to the permitted extension by approximately 150-200mm.
Whiteshill and Rusccombe: 3-4 Ferndale Road, three proposed detached dwellings on the land of 3-4 Ferndale Cottages and the conversion of the semi-detached cottages into a single dwelling with adjoining rear extension.
