A NEW Italian street food stall has now opened for business at the Five Valleys indoor market in Stroud.
Family run business Non Solo Pasta has opened at the new Borough Market-style indoor market.
The name Non Solo Pasta means 'not just pasta', to highlight that Italian food is much more then a bowl of pasta.
Led by Italian chef Matteo, this small and independent business is serving up authentic Italian food, including its award winning arancinio (balls of rice coated with bread crumbs and then deep fried—a staple of Sicilian cuisine).
