A 41-year-old Nailsworth man has been fined £300 for being drunk in charge of a vehicle.
Jason Jones, of Highwood Court, was found guilty of the offence when he appeared before Cheltenham Magistrates Court on July 27.
The incident happened on Highwood Court, Nailsworth, on July 21, 2019.
Jones was found to have 130 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the legal limit being 35 micrograms.
He was handed ten penalty points on his licence and was ordered to pay a fine and costs totalling £950.
