Armed police involved in search for suspect in Forest Green (Image: IR)
Armed police were called to Forest Green yesterday evening (Friday, July 31) following reports of a domestic-related assault.
Police were called to the area at around 7.30pm after receiving 'complaints of a domestic nature'.
A police spokesperson confirmed they sought to make an arrest but, following enquiries and house searches, have not yet been able to locate the suspect.
Nobody was injured in the incident and the suspect is not believed to be a threat to anybody else.
