HOME education is the subject of the latest book from Stroud’s Hawthorn Press.

In its pages, Anna Dusseau, a teacher turned home educator, explores how children learn, the benefits of home education and of school, and addresses key questions, with 101 homeschooling activities.
Ms Dusseau said she became a home educator when she saw how schooling ‘eroded her three children’s well-being, curiosity and learning’.
Her popular Homeschool Guru blog led to talks, articles and interviews such as on BBC Radio 4’s Woman’s Hour on the challenges and benefits of home schooling during lockdown.
