Archway School, Stroud
All pupils at Archway Sixth Form have been sent home this afternoon (Thursday).
The decision was made after a year 13 student tested positive for Covid-19.
An update on the school's website states: "As a precaution we are sending all Sixth Form students home immediately, whilst we identify those who need to self-isolate."
A similar incident occurred last month, with the sixth form reopening the following day once a close contact list had been established.
