A DOG owner was ordered to pay £2,500 in compensation after her American bulldog cross Staffordshire bull terrier called Gus attacked a man.
Daisy Grunfeld, 31, of Ragnal Lane, Nailsworth, admitted being in charge of the dog which was dangerously out of control and caused significant injury to the victim.
The offence was committed in the town on Ragnal Lane on July 6, 2019.
Cheltenham Magistrates Court heard at the hearing on January 18 how Gus must be destroyed if it is not kept under proper control by being muzzled when in public.
Grunfeld was also ordered to pay costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
