STROUD based company Enviro Technology Services has been supporting hard working ambulance crews in the area with donations of biscuits and chocolates as a thank you for working on the frontline during the pandemic.
Enviro Technology Services said: “We just wanted to give a little back to our local ambulance crews who have been working tirelessly throughout this pandemic.
"We think they’ve been doing a fabulous job and massive credit to them all.
"In way of a small thank you we thought they may enjoy some chocolate treats and snack bars if they ever managed to grab a quiet moment on shift.
“We are also proud to be sponsoring our employee and volunteer First Responder, Russell Cook and his 10-year old grandson Oliver, who were set the target of running 98 miles to ‘Outrun an Ambulance’, a target they’ve already smashed.”
Outrun an Ambulance is a virtual challenge for people to conquer the mileage an ambulance covers while responding to emergencies, to raise vital funds for the NHS.
