Star Anise Arts Cafe in Stroud has temporarily closed following a positive Covid case.
A sign put on the door of the Gloucester Street cafe last week said that one of their employees was experiencing Covid symptoms.
The sign says: "We hope to reopen as soon as possible but will only do once we have confirmed that we are keeping ourselves and our customers safe."
A post on the cafe's Facebook page on Friday read: "Due to a confirmed Covid case within the café, we will be closed until further notice.
"We will keep all of our customers updated for when we can reopen. Take care of yourselves and see you on the other side!"
Latest Government data shows that, in the seven days to June 26, the Stroud district had a rate of 85 cases per 100,000 people. This was up from 72.5 the week before.
