The M5 has been reopened following a lorry fire yesterday.

Emergency resurfacing works were carried out overnight and the road is now fully open in both directions.

It had been closed in both directions between junctions eight and 11a following yesterday's incident.

Gloucestershire Police put the closure in place and Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service were in attendance.
