STROUD MP Siobhan Baillie said it was 'such a shame' to see fly tipped rubbish in the Stroud countryside, after coming across a pile of waste near Painswick yesterday.
"It was such a shame to see this example of fly-tipping on Edge Road in Painswick yesterday when I was on my way back to the office after a wonderful local visit.
"I know that the vast majority of Stroud will be appalled by the mistreatment of our beautiful surroundings.
"It is so important that we don’t counteract the hugely positive environmental action already taking place in Stroud to protect our environment and the green spaces we value so much."
